Trophy Pest Control was born from the idea of wanting to do quality work in our communities for the people who make this area special. We are a local and family-owned business rooted in Tampa Bay. We thrive off of providing the most professional and effective services for our customers and the families we call friends.
Brandon Rich
Co-founder
After earning a degree in Telecommunications from Indiana University in 2007, Brandon relocated to Tampa, Florida to begin a career in sales. Prior to founding Trophy Pest Control, he spent the previous ten years in the technology industry, selling enterprise communications and customer service software to some of the most well-known brands in FL and surrounding states. Brandon brings this same level of professionalism and customer service to the Pest Control Industry and is actively involved with the Florida Pest Management Association ‘FPMA’.
Brandon is married to his lovely wife and is the proud father of three daughters. The family resides in the East Lake area of Tarpon Springs, where he enjoys being an active part of the local community.
Sarah Rich
Resident Insect Expert
Co-Founder
In addition to being a Co-Founder, Sarah is also Trophy Pest Control’s in-house insect expert. She’s currently enrolled in the University of Florida’s esteemed Entomology (study of insects) program. Sarah expects to obtain her Graduate Certificate in Entomology Studies in the Spring of 2026.
